Job Description:

Commis Waiter to join our dynamic Billiards Room team. The Billiards Room offers a menu of traditional Chinese dishes with particular focus on dim sum and showstopping favourites including char siu belly pork and an irresistible whole roast duck.

Job Responsibility:

  • Set tables
  • Serve food orders
  • Complete mise en place for service
  • Remove used dishes and items from tables
  • Preempt the waiters needs
  • Uphold the highest standards
  • Ensure the member experience is in line with Estelle Manor standards

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
  • An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting
