Job Description:

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Commis Waiter / Waitress to join the Cooper's Cut team. Be part of something extraordinary as we open our brand-new signature restaurant. The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Commis Waiters to join our opening team and help shape a world-class dining destination in the heart of London. With a focus on quality ingredients, bold flavours, and warm, intuitive service, this is more than just a place to eat, it’s a place to experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables before, during, and after service
  • Support the service team by delivering food and beverages promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
  • Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Uphold Four Seasons standards while learning and growing in your role

Requirements:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A willingness to learn and grow within a luxury environment
  • Proficiency in spoken English
  • The Right to Work in the UK
