Job Responsibility

Support the service team in delivering attentive and intuitive food and beverage service
Prepare the restaurant and Private Members Club spaces before service, ensuring tables, equipment and mise en place meet Four Seasons standards
Assist with taking orders, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables efficiently and professionally
Build a strong understanding of menus, ingredients and service style to confidently support guest enquiries
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas throughout the shift
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and welcoming guest experience
