Job Description:

As our Restaurant Commis Waiter /Waitress, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant team to provide impeccable service at all times to guests in Pavyllon Restaurant, Bar and Lounge. The Restaurant Commis Waiter will thoroughly understand Four Seasons’ and Yannick Alleno quality standards in food presentation, beverage and service and implement them. The Restaurant Commis Waiter will carry trays with food, drinks and dishes to and from the kitchen as well as serve beverages and other food items when required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables before, during, and after service
  • Support the service team by delivering food and beverages promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
  • Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Uphold Four Seasons standards while learning and growing in your role

Requirements:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
