Job Responsibility

  • Provide customers with a pleasant, efficient and professional service in accordance with Four Seasons standards
  • Monitor the smooth running of the services (wine service, customer satisfaction, responsiveness to special customer requests)
  • Be able to work in symbiosis with his service colleagues
  • Know the Menu and each menu according to the Chef's suggestions
  • Organize the logistics of storage in the cellar, the management and updating of cellar books and wine lists.

Requirements

  • First experience in a similar position would be appreciated
  • You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.
