Provide customers with a pleasant, efficient and professional service in accordance with Four Seasons standards
Monitor the smooth running of the services (wine service, customer satisfaction, responsiveness to special customer requests)
Be able to work in symbiosis with his service colleagues
Know the Menu and each menu according to the Chef's suggestions
Organize the logistics of storage in the cellar, the management and updating of cellar books and wine lists.
Requirements
First experience in a similar position would be appreciated
You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.
