The Pastry Commis prepares all set-up, items and dishes with the Pastry team. She/He will need to ensure all health and safety practices are consistently adhered to.
Job Responsibility:
Carry out and ensure the preparation of his or her portion under the supervision of a Chef de Partie or Demi-Chef de Partie
Keep workstation clean and tidy at all times
Respect, follow and monitor health and safety rules, and wear appropriate safety equipment
Requirements:
Possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application
