Job Responsibility

  • Follow instructions from our Pastry Sous Chef, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
  • Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef/ Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking and learning
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety practices, and culinary techniques
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to develop and grow.
