Job Description:

As 'Commis I' at JW Marriott Marquis City Center Doha, you will prepare and cook food according to recipes, maintain quality standards, assist management, and ensure a clean and professional appearance. You will be part of a global team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality while pursuing professional development in a luxury environment.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
Prepare special meals or substitute items
Maintain food logs
Monitor the quality and quantity of food
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, counseling and motivating employees
Speak with others using clear and professional language

Requirements:

Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
At least 3 years of related work experience
No supervisory experience
None (license or certification)
