Job Responsibility

  • As a Commis Chef, support daily kitchen operations through food preparation and assistance during service, while strictly adhering to Four Seasons standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation
  • As a Demi Chef de Partie, assist in the smooth operation of a designated kitchen section, supporting the Chef de Partie in delivering consistent, high‑quality dishes, actively participate in service, guide junior colleagues, and ensure all culinary standards are upheld
  • As a Chef de Partie, take full responsibility for your kitchen section, ensuring excellence in food quality, creativity, and execution, lead and train junior team members, manage mise en place and service flow, and collaborate closely with the culinary leadership team to deliver memorable dining experiences

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a professional or luxury hotel kitchen environment, relevant to the position applied for
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, seasonal, and team‑oriented environment
  • Passion for culinary excellence and a professional, positive attitude
  • Eligibility to work in Greece (EU passport or valid Greek work permit required)
