The Commis de Rang assists the F&B Service Team in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. Commis de Rang clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist the F&B Service Team in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience
  • Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification
  • Transport dishes, trays and glassware from the kitchen/sommellery to the dining room and the various service stations
  • Carry trays correctly, clear and straighten tables
  • Know the menu and Chef's suggestions
  • Clearing and storing linen, china, silverware, glassware, drinks and food in the appropriate areas with care

Requirements:

  • Possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application
  • Fluency in French and English
