Job Description:

We are currently looking for a motivated Commis de Rang to join our F&B Team at Four Seasons Hotel Florence! The Commis de Rang assists the F&B Service Team in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. Commis de Rang clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the F&B Service Team in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness
Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification

Requirements:

Minimum experience in F&B service experience preferably in luxury environment
Outgoing personality
Team spirit
Legal right to work in Italy at the time of application
Fluency in Italian
