Job Description:

Assist in setting up banquet rooms according to event orders and specifications (tables, chairs, linen, tableware, decorations, etc.). Ensure all set ups are ready before service, including polishing cutlery, glassware, and setting up service stations. Support in food and beverage service during banquets and events, ensuring timely and professional service. Attend pre-function briefings to understand event details, special requests, and service standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all banquet areas before, during, and after events. Handle equipment carefully and report any damages or shortages to the supervisor. Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards as per hotel policy. Provide courteous and efficient service to guests at all times. Cooperate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
