• Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service
• Polish silverware, refill condiment containers and crumb tables
• Stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service
• Assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages
• Breakdown, clean and set-up buffets and food stations
• Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests

• Minimum food service experience
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request
• A flexible approach and team spirit
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Italian
• English is a plus
