Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Commis De Rang at Stilla Bar to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano in Italy! Reporting into the Wine & Beverage Director, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, a memorable experience and attention to our guests within the Hotel and at the Bar.

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting the Demi Chef de Rang, Chef de Rang and Bartender in clearing of china, glass, and silver
  • Attend to guest needs and requests
  • Cleaning back office
  • Being highly visible in the operation
  • Providing an expertly service experience
  • Clearing and resetting tables according to standards
  • Respecting the Hygiene standards applied in the Bar as per HACCP system

Requirements

  • Food service experience in luxury hotels and/or stand-alone bar, restaurants or bar groups, preferably in the same position
  • International experience would be an asset
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills
  • Be a team player
  • Bring personal touch and energy to guest experiences
  • Possess the legal right to work in Italy
  • Have fluency in English and Italian
