Job Responsibility

Prepare food and beverage orders
Deliver trolleys and trays to guests in their rooms according to standards as per HACCP system
Place food and beverage amenities to guests’ rooms
Collect trolleys and trays from rooms in a timely manner
Support Chef de Rang - Room Service in describing food and beverage selection
Greet guests and describe selected items
Communicate options for removal of trays and dishware
Respond to request for tray removal
Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions

Job Responsibility

Ensure china, glass, and silver items are handled impeccably, respecting Four Seasons standards and hygiene requirements
Maintain cleanliness and organization of IRD back‑office areas, pantries, and service stations

Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and escalate any feedback or concerns to senior IRD staff
