Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, creating memorable dining experiences, and offering attentive, polished and intuitive care to our guests at Bad Dandolo, the hotel’s historic Venetian lounge of Hotel Danieli. You will support the Chef de Rang in delivering a refined and expertly orchestrated service, assisting with food delivery, table set‑up, clearing and resetting, and ensuring that all equipment — china, glassware, and silver — is handled with impeccable care. You will be highly visible in the dining room, anticipating guest needs and elevating each moment with genuine warmth and professionalism, while strictly respecting HACCP and restaurant hygiene standards.
Job Responsibility:
Assist the Chef de Rang throughout all phases of service, supporting the pacing, delivery, and refinement of the dining experience
Set up and clear tables with elegance and precision, ensuring all china, glass, and silver are flawlessly presented according to Four Seasons standards
Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly, neatly, and in full compliance with bar specifications
Support mise en place by replenishing linens, glassware, cutlery, condiments, and ensuring service stations are impeccably organized
Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests with accuracy, timeliness, and impeccable presentation
Provide initial guest services—including greeting, offering water, bread, and initial table touches—aligned with Four Seasons’ signature warmth
Maintain high visibility in the dining room, observing guest needs, anticipating requests, and communicating feedback promptly to senior service leadership
Uphold hygiene and safety protocols at all times, respecting HACCP and internal restaurant procedures
Keep service areas and back‑office stations organized, clean, and fully stocked
Support the team in ensuring the dining room ambiance remains elegant, welcoming, and aligned with the guest experience vision of Bar Dandolo
Embody the Four Seasons culture of genuine heart and intuitive luxury at every guest interaction
Requirements:
Experience in luxury hotels and/or high‑end stand‑alone restaurants, ideally in the same role
international experience is a strong asset
Fluency in English and Italian
Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues
Ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills in a high‑end, fast‑paced service setting
