Requirements:
Execute mise-en-place efficiently
including, setup an array of ingredients, the process of preparing, caring for your workstation
Preparing a wide range of ingredients, meeting the highest standards of taste and presentation
Monitor inventory count, quality of ingredients, and place orders when there are shortages
Familiar with food safety regulations and ensure food is prepared and stored in a safe and sanitary manner
