As a Commis Chef, you will support the kitchen team in delivering a high‑quality and efficient service. Job Responsibility:
Assist in the preparation and service of dishes across the kitchen
Carry out basic cooking tasks under the guidance of senior chefs
Ensure mise en place is completed accurately and on time
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and kitchen areas
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
Assist with proper food storage, labelling, and stock rotation (FIFO)
Support senior chefs during busy service periods
Show willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
