Job Responsibility:
Assisting chefs with food preparation and mise en place
Learning to cook and present dishes to brand standards
Supporting different kitchen sections during service
Maintaining excellent kitchen cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation, and storage organisation
Working collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
Passion for food and hospitality
Basic kitchen experience or relevant culinary training preferred but not essential
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Commitment to high standards and personal development
