Commis Chef

• Assist the Sous Chef in food preparation to specification, ensuring high quality dishes
• Help source necessary ingredients and small equipment items and minimise wastage
• Consistently maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and ensure safe food handling practices are followed
• Report directly to the Head Chef, participate in departmental meetings and perform any tasks assigned
• Assist during busy periods, communicate and participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• GCSE qualification and/or Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards
• Previous hospitality industry cooking experience preferred
