Job Responsibility:
Ensure the overall operation of your allocated section runs smoothly and effectively
Train and coach Cooks ensuring quality and consistency of products
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in a commercial kitchen
Asian cuisine experience highly regarded
Ability to effectively follow instructions and absorb new information
Good communication
Team player and display a positive and nimble attitude
Understanding of Food Safety and OH&S
Foundation knife skills and understanding of basic cookery terms and techniques
Focus on detail
Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
Nice to have:
Asian cuisine experience
