Commis Chef

• Assist the Sous Chef in food preparation, ensuring the highest quality dishes are consistently produced
• Help source necessary ingredients and small equipment items and minimise wastage
• Consistently maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• Ensure safe food handling practices are followed
• Report directly to the Head Chef
• Participate in departmental meetings and perform any tasks assigned
• Assist during busy periods
• Communicate and participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• GCSE qualification and/or Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards
• Previous hospitality industry cooking experience preferred
