Job Description:

This is a great opportunity to join the well-established team at Felix. We are looking for casual or Full Time Commis Chefs.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with the head chef to learn the fundamentals of working at Merivale and what it takes to be successful in one of our busiest venues

Requirements:

Experience in premium restaurants, hotels or brasseries
A desire to learn classic French cuisine and cooking techniques using seasonal produce
A strong work ethic and great attitude
Experience in premium restaurants, hotels highly desirable
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
