Job Description:

Mortimer House Kitchen delivers a fresh Italian-inspired concept, our menu brings to life fond memories of family summers spent in Orta San Giulio and the Amalfi coast. We are looking for a passionate Commis Chef to join our talented team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality food
Effective communication and able to work collaboratively with others
