Commis Chef

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA are looking to recruit a Commis Chef to join the team at the AC Marriott Belfast Hotel on a full time basis. Opportunity for a Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery through Inspiro Learning, and further career progression in hospitality and professional cooking. As a Commis Chef in our busy hotel, you will work as part of a kitchen team to prepare and cook a range of dishes to menu specifications. You will assist senior chefs with food preparation and ensure that all food is prepared and served to a high standard of quality and presentation. You will also maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas, follow all food safety and health regulations, and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
