Commis Chef

• Prepare mise en place to an exceptional standard for each service
• Support the culinary team with the preparation and delivery of all menu items
• Maintain product quality and consistency in line with Four Seasons expectations
• Keep work areas clean, organised and compliant with all health and safety guidelines
• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and learn new techniques
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative and professional kitchen environment

• A genuine passion for Asian cuisine and a desire to learn from an experienced team
• Basic culinary knowledge with an eagerness to develop your skills
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high quality food
• A commitment to maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
• Previous experience in a quality restaurant or hotel environment is an advantage, although not essential for the right person

• £36,700 package which includes Hotel service charge, and salary
• 40 hour working week
