Job Responsibility:
Food preparation
Following and executing recipes to the exacting standards of our kitchens
Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen environment
Adhering to all health, safety and food hygiene regulations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of workplace, health & safety procedures & food safety standards
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, mornings and evenings
