Job Description:

Commis Chef position at Café Boulud, Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, located in the iconic Kingdom Tower in the heart of Riyadh. The role involves working in a vibrant and professional environment within a hotel featuring three exceptional restaurant venues and world-class spa and wellness facilities.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant kitchens, preferably in specialist, fine-dining, French, or European cuisine
Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and safe handling of knives and other tools
Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency in preparation and presentation
Willingness to learn and adapt to new cooking techniques and culinary trends
Ability to work under supervision while contributing effectively as part of the team
Awareness of health and safety standards, hygiene protocols, and kitchen organization
Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to assist senior chefs as required
Basic understanding of English spoken and written for effective communication

Nice to have:

Level 1 or 2 Food Safety Certificate
Previous experience in a high-volume or fine dining restaurant environment
Previous experience in French/European Cuisine
