Requirements

Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar entry-level role in a kitchen
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and practices
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Culinary school diploma is a plus

Job Responsibility

Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items
Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
Follow recipes and presentation standards
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain stock inventory and communicate shortages
