Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Commis Chef to join the team at Benugo National Maritime Museum. Located in the National Maritime Museum, we offer freshly made sandwiches, baguettes, salads, wraps seven days a week to our visitors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
  • General cleaning duties
  • Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Commis Chef within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen
  • A passion for food and developing culinary skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A high standard of personal presentation
