We're looking for an experienced, passionate Commis Chef to join our team at AC Marriott, Belfast. As a Commis Chef, you’ll be an important part of a busy hotel kitchen, working alongside experienced chefs to prepare and cook dishes to menu specifications. You’ll support the wider brigade with food preparation, service and presentation, ensuring every plate meets our standards before it reaches the guest. You’ll also play a key role in keeping the kitchen clean, organised and safe, following food hygiene and health and safety procedures at all times. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain valuable experience, develop your technical skills and learn what it takes to deliver consistent quality in a fast-paced hotel environment. Flexibility is key, as the role includes evening and weekend shifts.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Experience as a Commis Chef or similar kitchen role
