Requirements:
Previous experience working in a professional kitchen as a Commis Chef
A genuine interest in food and a willingness to learn across different sections of the kitchen
Ability to follow direction, maintain standards and work efficiently during service
Great communication skills and a strong team-first attitude
Well-presented and comfortable working in an open kitchen environment
