Job Description:

We are looking for full-time Commis Chef to join the teams on the Ground Floor. This role suits developing chefs who enjoy working in large teams and thrive in fast-paced kitchen environments. Working at The Pav means being part of a large, supportive brigade, learning how to deliver to a high standard in a fast-paced environment and building strong foundations that will set you up for long-term growth within the industry.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a professional kitchen as a Commis Chef
A genuine interest in food and a willingness to learn across different sections of the kitchen
Ability to follow direction, maintain standards and work efficiently during service
Great communication skills and a strong team-first attitude
Well-presented and comfortable working in an open kitchen environment
