Redcape Hospitality is looking for a Casual Commis Chef to join the kitchen team at Criterion Hotel. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in producing quality food, and wants to build their career in hospitality. You’ll work alongside an experienced Head Chef and kitchen team in a busy hotel environment where no two shifts are the same. You’ll be supported to learn, develop your skills across all kitchen sections, and grow within a large hospitality group.
Requirements:
Experience in a fast-paced kitchen (Commis Chef or similar role preferred)
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or working towards it (desirable)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
Team player who can work across multiple kitchen sections
Flexible availability including nights, weekends and public holidays
Valid authority to work in Australia
