Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the preparation of Italian dishes including sauces under the guidance of senior chefs
  • Ensure all mise en place is ready for service and maintain cleanliness and organization in your station
  • Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality
  • Support the kitchen team during busy service periods with efficiency and professionalism
  • Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Participate in kitchen briefings and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen, preferably with exposure to Italian cuisine
  • Culinary certificate or relevant training
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
  • Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the culinary team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards
