Job Description:

Prepare food ingredients and ensure quality standards; operate kitchen appliances and cookware; follow company policies and safety procedures; develop positive working relationships; perform physical tasks required for food preparation and kitchen management.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare ingredients for cooking
Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards
Operate kitchen appliances
Test foods for cooking completion
Monitor food quality
Set-up and break down work station
Serve food properly
Clean and disinfect kitchen area and tools
Ensure adherence to company policies
Maintain personal and uniform cleanliness
Support team goals
Respond to concerns of others
Ensure quality expectations are met
Perform other reasonable job duties

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
