Job Responsibility

  • Setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle
  • Up selling additional products
  • Follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out
  • Acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction levels are outstanding

Requirements

  • Previous experience within the role would be desirable
  • Experience working in a customer facing role is essential
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence
  • Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines
