We’re looking for driven, resilient sales professionals who want to earn big and build a long-term career as a Commercial Vehicle Leasing Consultant. This is a target-driven sales role focused on selling vans and commercial vehicles. You’ll work mainly with inbound warm leads, website enquiries, and calls – converting them into loyal customers while delivering the best leasing deals on the market.
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound calls and web enquiries, turning leads into successful sales
Negotiate with suppliers and finance partners to secure the best prices for customers
Build rapport and long-term relationships through confident, engaging conversations
Work towards and exceed KPIs and sales targets
Provide a professional, consultative service that keeps customers coming back
Requirements:
Proven sales experience – telesales, B2B, leasing, or automotive backgrounds all considered
Confident communicator who can hold conversations and build trust easily
Resilient, ambitious, and hungry to earn
Quick thinker, IT literate, and able to use initiative
Nice to have:
Knowledge of leasing, vans, or finance is a bonus – but not essential
