Job Description:

We’re looking for driven, resilient sales professionals who want to earn big and build a long-term career as a Commercial Vehicle Leasing Consultant. This is a target-driven sales role focused on selling vans and commercial vehicles. You’ll work mainly with inbound warm leads, website enquiries, and calls – converting them into loyal customers while delivering the best leasing deals on the market.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle inbound calls and web enquiries, turning leads into successful sales
  • Negotiate with suppliers and finance partners to secure the best prices for customers
  • Build rapport and long-term relationships through confident, engaging conversations
  • Work towards and exceed KPIs and sales targets
  • Provide a professional, consultative service that keeps customers coming back

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience – telesales, B2B, leasing, or automotive backgrounds all considered
  • Confident communicator who can hold conversations and build trust easily
  • Resilient, ambitious, and hungry to earn
  • Quick thinker, IT literate, and able to use initiative

Nice to have:

Knowledge of leasing, vans, or finance is a bonus – but not essential
