Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Tire Salesperson to join our team in California. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the commercial tire market, and a proven track record of driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice on our range of commercial tire products and services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial tire market
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
  • Provide expert advice on commercial tire products, helping customers choose the best solutions for their needs
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred)
  • Two – three (2-3) years of proven experience as a Commercial Tire Salesperson (Required)
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial tire products and the tire market in California
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR record. Driver's license must be current in the state in which the employee performs his or her driving duties
  • Must maintain a clean driving record, i.e., must remain insurable under our company's liability insurance policy
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Phenomenal customer service skills: serve as a role model, trainer, and motivator in delivering excellent customer service to all customers
  • Financial skills: sales-driven professional with the ability to control and understand costs and deliver results that exceed expectations
