Our external commercial environment continues to change significantly and rapidly, centralizing NHS and Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) decision making and placing significant emphasis on meeting clinical challenges, maximizing supply resilience, delivering environmental sustainability, and maximizing the commercial effectiveness of the NHS and DHSC. These significant advances in the NHS/DHSC’s commercial effectiveness and the introduction of tangible environmental sustainability efforts are being enacted through various forms of commercial agreements such as tenders, contracts, Patient Access Schemes (PASs), and outcomes-based agreements (OBAs). In order to ensure our One Pfizer business maximises this opportunity to deliver optimal contracting capability and executional excellence in this evolving commercial environment, we are recruiting for a critical Commercial Contracts Senior Manager position, reporting to the UK Commercial Tenders & Contracts Director.

  • CCT Operational Activities Leadership (requiring a good degree of data/excel analytical skills), incorporating: Complex Rebates oversight, Quarterly Contract Reviews in partnership with Finance, Completion of the Annual UKHCDO Haemophilia Tender Report, Pfizer Lead for DHSC DASH portal, Pfizer sustainability credentials in partnership with CSR colleagues
  • Project Leadership & Executional Excellence Lead (requiring a good degree of process automation/AI and analytical capability), specifically: GTCS OP Revenue Submissions, Pricing Governance in partnership with A&A colleagues, NHS Private Wings implementation, Retail Net Pricing, Global GTCS T&C Enhancement, CCT Digital Transformation (tendertool, rebates, price error detection and others tbc), CCT activities streamlining - lead CCT resourcing resilience, working with the Commercial Tenders & Contracts Director to continually review CCT roles and tasks to maximise efficiencies and effectiveness, optimise balance of workload and accurately align functions and tasks within CCT and/or with other teams within CE&O or the GSC, TA’s
  • Data & Analytics, Insights: CCT Team performance dashboard, GTCS data accuracy and submission, tendertool – pricing and information/data governance
