Job Responsibility:

  • Advise on a wide variety of commercial and technology matters, including IT and digital business projects, commercial contracts, data protection, competition law, and franchising
  • Serve a diverse client base ranging from in-house legal teams and well known brands to multinationals, FTSE 100 corporates, owner-managed businesses, and entrepreneurs
  • Handle work with an international or cross-border element

Requirements:

  • At least three years’ PQE
