This is an opportunity to work on high-profile, cutting-edge projects for an exciting mix of global clients. You will work with a diverse client base including: Major global technology and digital companies; Technology suppliers and fintech businesses; Leading retail and consumer brands; Media organisations; Major insurers and brokers; Innovative scale-ups and start-ups.

Job Responsibility

  • Advise on a broad range of Commercial and Technology matters, including: Complex commercial contracts
  • Technology agreements (cloud, systems development, digital transformation)
  • Advertising and marketing work
  • Adtech and adtech data matters
  • IT, BPO and logistics outsourcing
  • Data protection and technology regulation, including emerging issues such as AI.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ PQE in commercial contracts, technology or outsourcing
  • A strong technical foundation and a commercial approach to negotiations
  • Experience or interest in areas such as adtech, advertising, data protection or technology regulation
  • The ability to build trusted client relationships
  • A collaborative approach and interest in business development.
