The opportunity suits a self‑starter with strong generalist experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a practical, business‑focused approach.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide legal support for the integration of an acquired technology business, including an increasing volume of SaaS‑related contracting.
  • Drive contracting efficiency by developing templates, building playbooks, enhancing knowledge management, and strengthening contracting capability across the commercial team.
  • Advise on life sciences regulatory requirements, support day‑to‑day legal and compliance matters, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 10+ years’ PQE with strong in-house commercial legal experience. Those with experience within the life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a similarly regulated industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong generalist legal skillset with experience across a broad range of commercial and corporate matters.
