Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent is required
Completion of post-secondary studies in construction, building technology, engineering or a similar field is preferred
National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) Certification and Journeyman Carpenter ticket is preferred
Must have experience managing projects in excess of $15 million
Must possess strong communication skills, both verbally and written
Must be highly organized and able to prioritize responsibilities
Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Projects
Must have a valid and clean Driver’s license and be willing to travel to various sites
Must have a proven ability to take initiative and be respectful of diversity

Implementing Quality Control Programs
Working closely with the project managers, project coordinators, owners, consultants, inspectors and trade contractors
