Job Description

As Commercial Strategy & Operations Associate, you will be our source of truth in understanding how the Uber Eats sales business is performing. You will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, operating as a lynchpin between global and local to remove obstacles to APAC's growth, and identify regional opportunities to translate into programs of work. Working closely with the Regional GTM Lead and cross-functional partners, you will inform our go-to-market strategy, ensuring our priorities are data-driven, locally relevant and operationally sound. You will play a crucial role in communicating the 'so-what' of our data to empower our frontline teams to perform at their best.

Job Responsibility

  • Translate regional strategic insights into scalable, market-ready GTM programmes that drive commercial impact across diverse sales models
  • Drive cross-functional coordination and delivery of key sales cadences
  • Design and manage commercial dashboards
  • Monitor performance across markets, identify execution gaps, and develop targeted recommendations to drive alignment and improvement
  • Partner with Regional GTM Lead and senior stakeholders to refine GTM roadmap, support strategic planning cycles, and guide resource prioritisation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial strategy, GTM or business operations in an analytical capacity
  • Experience working across functions or markets, ideally within a matrixed or regional environment
  • Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
  • Understanding of how a sales funnel works
  • Experience in Sales Ops or Revenue Ops
  • Ability to explain complex data models to a non-technical audience
  • Comfort with ambiguity and total ownership over your domain
