As Commercial Strategy & Operations Associate, you will be our source of truth in understanding how the Uber Eats sales business is performing. You will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, operating as a lynchpin between global and local to remove obstacles to APAC's growth, and identify regional opportunities to translate into programs of work. Working closely with the Regional GTM Lead and cross-functional partners, you will inform our go-to-market strategy, ensuring our priorities are data-driven, locally relevant and operationally sound. You will play a crucial role in communicating the 'so-what' of our data to empower our frontline teams to perform at their best.
Job Responsibility
Translate regional strategic insights into scalable, market-ready GTM programmes that drive commercial impact across diverse sales models
Drive cross-functional coordination and delivery of key sales cadences
Design and manage commercial dashboards
Monitor performance across markets, identify execution gaps, and develop targeted recommendations to drive alignment and improvement
Partner with Regional GTM Lead and senior stakeholders to refine GTM roadmap, support strategic planning cycles, and guide resource prioritisation
Requirements
3+ years of experience in commercial strategy, GTM or business operations in an analytical capacity
Experience working across functions or markets, ideally within a matrixed or regional environment
Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity
Nice to have
Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
Understanding of how a sales funnel works
Experience in Sales Ops or Revenue Ops
Ability to explain complex data models to a non-technical audience
Comfort with ambiguity and total ownership over your domain
