Job Responsibility

  • Be the local expert for the largest market in Ireland
  • Draw insights from data to improve our customer proposition neighbourhood by neighbourhood
  • Account management for top restaurant partners in the area, leading negotiations and optimising partner performance on the Deliveroo platform for growth
  • Lead with Account Managers based in your cities/areas to support the growth of local hero brands
  • Liaise with the Regional Sales Manager to identify and sign up new and top local favourites to Deliveroo and set them up for success
  • Work with the local Business Development Managers and be the day-to-day contact for coaching, priority setting and deal making
  • Own internal reporting to senior leadership on Dublin's performance, including to the UKI GM
  • Understand and improve our customer offering in the area through acquiring/having local knowledge
  • Maximise the potential of marketing opportunities in the area by encouraging restaurant participation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account/relationship management, sales or strategy roles
  • Effective relationship building and communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen, results and target oriented
  • Comfortable using and understanding data on restaurant partner and city/area performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Self-starter, hard worker and well organised, enjoys working autonomously and having a mixture of field based/office/home working (e.g. 2 days field based, 1 day in Dublin office, 2 days home working)
  • Must have a full driving licence and a car (mileage paid for) to travel to and within your area

  • Create, present, and maintain high-quality sales presentations, account winplans, proposals, contracts and other key material required for sales and customer delivery/ success
  • Conduct product demos, answer key product/ tech questions, and ensure that customers have an up-to-date knowledge of new products, features and Contilio's value proposition
  • Proactively generate leads and promote the Contilio brand and our products by attending events, meetings, calls, etc.
  • Develop and execute customer delivery plans with agility and the customer in mind, ensuring that our customers are onboarded, serviced, and expanded with care
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues/risks, collect feedback and triage new feature requests on behalf of each customer and different user groups
  • Continuously demonstrate the value of Contilio to customers and identify, support, and accelerate upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the construction industry, market trends, competition, and our product and customer success best practices, turning them into measurable customer success strategies, processes and KPIs
