Join us as a Commercial Strategy Manager, based in London, where you will support the development and delivery of commercial strategy across UK Corporate Banking, Global Transaction Banking and International Corporate Banking. You will help produce insight and analysis that informs senior decision-making, supporting priorities across products, client segments and growth projects. You will work with stakeholders across Product, Payments, Coverage, Finance, Data and Technology to bring together inputs, challenge thinking and ensure outputs are grounded in clear analysis and practical implications. You will translate complex data into clear, decision-ready materials and support projects across growth strategy, propositions, partnerships and investment priorities. Working in a collaborative environment, you will manage defined workstreams, deliver structured analysis and produce materials for senior audiences. Alongside this, you will maintain a focus on risk and control, ensuring work is accurate, well-evidenced and aligned to expectations.
Job Responsibility

Requirements
Experience in commercial strategy, consulting, product strategy, transformation or similar roles within financial services or a regulated environment
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience building fact bases and commercial assessments
Ability to turn analysis into clear insights, options and recommendations for stakeholders
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for senior audiences
Experience managing multiple workstreams and coordinating inputs across different teams
Understanding of commercial drivers, client needs and market dynamics within corporate or transaction banking
High attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality outputs
Nice to have
Experience supporting growth strategy, proposition development or investment decisions
Knowledge of corporate or transaction banking products, segments or client strategies
Familiarity with market analysis, scenario modelling and commercial evaluation
Confidence using PowerPoint to present complex ideas in a clear way
Interest in improving strategy processes, tools and ways of working
