Fueled by our exponential growth and market demand, we are seeking to add a growth-minded, result-oriented and customer-focused Commercial & Strategy Manager to join our team. In this role, you will develop compelling winplans and work alongside diverse construction & real estate stakeholders to understand their needs, demo the product and answer their questions. You will forge strong relationships and manage the successful delivery of customer deployments throughout the entire lifecycle (setup, execution, expansion), ensuring that the maximum value is created, and customers continue to expand their Contilio use across their organizations and different user groups.

Job Responsibility

  • Create, present, and maintain high-quality sales presentations, account winplans, proposals, contracts and other key material required for sales and customer delivery/ success
  • Conduct product demos, answer key product/ tech questions, and ensure that customers have an up-to-date knowledge of new products, features and Contilio's value proposition
  • Proactively generate leads and promote the Contilio brand and our products by attending events, meetings, calls, etc.
  • Develop and execute customer delivery plans with agility and the customer in mind, ensuring that our customers are onboarded, serviced, and expanded with care
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues/risks, collect feedback and triage new feature requests on behalf of each customer and different user groups
  • Continuously demonstrate the value of Contilio to customers and identify, support, and accelerate upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the construction industry, market trends, competition, and our product and customer success best practices, turning them into measurable customer success strategies, processes and KPIs
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of customer interactions in our CRM and account plans and meet and exceed your success/net revenue retention KPIs

Requirements

  • Min 6 years of construction (or related industries) AND commercial experience (management consulting, corporate development/strategy, etc.), or experience working as a SaaS sales engineer or success/delivery manager in Contech, Proptech, etc.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, including the ability to develop structured material and conduct high-quality presentations and product demo’s to different buyer groups
  • Deep knowledge of construction management processes and software, and proficiency in HubSpot, PowerPoint, Excel, other related tools
  • Native Level communication (both written & verbal) and stakeholder management skills, including a proven track record of working with, influencing, presenting to, and managing cross-functional and senior stakeholder groups
  • Strong commercial acumen, enabling you to work with a wide range of complex documents and topics, including construction, financial models, business cases, proposals, contracts, and processes
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to execute and manage complex tasks with agility and autonomy
  • You thrive in fast-paced, hands-on and evolving enviroments

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in Contech or Proptech, and exposure to Enterprise B2B SaaS product sales, and/or supply chain strategy & operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical engineering,and an MBA from a top school
  • Fluency in a second language, including German, Arabic or French
  • The drive to challenge yourself and the status quo to bring about positive impact
  • Deep familiarity with HubSpot and Apollo
