The Commercial Strategy & Execution Analyst will support the execution of key commercial initiatives across sales, marketing, and operations. This role is responsible for ensuring flawless execution of core processes including sample management, trade show coordination, and display support, while also driving data-backed insights to enable decision-making and improve go-to-market effectiveness. This individual will act as a key connector across commercial teams, supporting cross-functional execution while helping identify trends, risks, and opportunities through reporting and analytics. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Job Responsibility
Own end-to-end sample management process, including forecasting, allocation, tracking, and delivery to support sales priorities and customer needs
Lead trade show execution, including planning, logistics, coordination, and post-event follow-ups
Support display execution processes, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and supply chain to deliver on time and in full
Identify and resolve execution gaps and proactively manage risks to avoid disruptions
Develop and maintain sell-in materials, customer presentations, and internal tools
Support innovation launches through cross-functional coordination and execution tracking
Assist in managing display pipelines and tracking performance against key milestones
Analyze sales, consumption, and distribution data, including Circana/IRI and internal reporting, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Support development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools, with Power BI experience preferred
Provide insights to improve forecast accuracy, promotional effectiveness, and execution quality
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and external partners including brokers and agencies to ensure alignment and execution
Act as a connector across teams to drive accountability and follow-through
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in CPG, retail, consulting, analytics, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Analytical mindset with advanced Excel proficiency required
Power BI or similar tools a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
Demonstrated ownership and willingness to operate in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
High attention to detail with a bias for action
Proactive problem solver who identifies issues before they escalate
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving projects forward independently
Strong collaborator with a 'get it done' mindset
