We are seeking a Commercial Strategy & Analytics Lead to define and govern the commercial intelligence that underpins AEA’s strategic and operational decisions. This is a high-trust, high-impact enterprise role responsible for ensuring the organisation has a single, coherent, and defensible view of commercial performance, growth, workforce economics, and investment decisions.

  • Confidence influencing senior executives with data-led insight
  • Ability to move between detail and strategic narrative
