The Salty FMCG Manager is responsible for defining and leading the category strategy for the Salty portfolio within the DTS channel, representing the company’s largest business cross. This role drives commercial initiatives, manages seasonality strategies, and ensures strong performance of the core portfolio, delivering both short- and long-term business objectives.
Job Responsibility
Lead and execute the category strategy for the salty portfolio in the DTS channel, aligned with overall business and commercial goals
Design, implement, and follow up on commercial initiatives to drive revenue, market share, and profitability
Own the seasonality strategy, ensuring effective planning, execution, and performance tracking across key seasonal moments
Manage and optimize the core portfolio performance, identifying growth opportunities and risks through data-driven insights
Analyze sales, market, and financial performance to provide actionable recommendations and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, IBP, Supply Chain, DX, and other commercial teams to ensure flawless execution and alignment
Act as a strategic business partner, combining consumer, customer, and channel insights to influence decision-making
Support innovation and renovation initiatives by providing category and channel expertise
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
Strong commercial experience, preferably within FMCG or similar industries
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business actions
Proven business acumen and deep understanding of category and channel dynamics
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
