As Commercial Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients, and ensuring compliance with the relevant rules, regulations and organisational policies
Job Responsibility
Visiting commercial water customers on behalf of major water retail clients
Obtaining payments for arrears, verifying lease agreements for new occupiers
Performing a temporary disconnection or reconnection of the water supply, if required
Interacting with the customer to resolve their account
Requirements
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
ULEZ-compliant vehicle (for London assignments)
Clean DBS
Satisfactory credit history (CCJs accepted where repayment arrangements exist)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
Strong planning, problem-solving, and reporting abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams and clients
Nice to have
Understanding of energy, utilities, or enforcement operations is advantageous
Experience in enforcement, security, debt recovery, or other customer-facing and field-based roles requiring negotiation, resilience, and professionalism is highly desirable
